This blockbuster instrumental is a showcase for the energetic rhythmic style of D’Arienzo’s orchestra. D’Arienzo earned the nickname “El Rey de Compas” (king of the beat) and this piece (recorded in 1971) celebrates the orchestra’s reputation.
